Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rapid House Point website and the renovation services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Rapid House Point is a home renovation company founded in 2022, headquartered at 19038 Frenchtown Frontage Rd, Frenchtown, Montana 59834, USA, serving clients across the United States.
2. Website Use
- You may use this site for lawful purposes only โ obtaining information and requesting quotes and services.
- Content on this site (text, photography, design, branding) is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
- You agree not to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit spam or malicious code.
3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing
- Starting prices shown on the website ("from" pricing) are indicative and confirmed only after a free on-site or video assessment.
- Written fixed-price quotes are valid for 60 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
- Under our Fixed-Price Promise, the contracted price does not change unless you request a scope change. Any change is documented in a written, signed change order with its price before work proceeds.
- Quotes assume safe, legal access to the property and existing conditions materially consistent with our assessment. Concealed conditions (e.g., hidden structural damage, hazardous materials) discovered during work will be documented and discussed before any price adjustment.
4. Contracts, Deposits & Payments
- Renovation work is performed under a written project agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over these Terms where it differs.
- Projects begin upon receipt of the agreed deposit, which reserves your build slot.
- Progress payments follow agreed milestones tied to completed work stages; the final payment is due at your satisfied walkthrough unless financing terms state otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late balances may accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
- Financing (where offered) is provided by third-party lenders and subject to their approval and terms.
5. Schedules & Delays
We commit to a completion date in your contract and meet our timelines 98% of the time. However, dates may be adjusted fairly for events beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, supply-chain failures, permit-office delays, pandemics). We will notify you promptly and document any revised schedule in writing.
6. Warranties
- 5-year workmanship warranty on Signature Remodel and Whole-Home Transformation projects; 2 years on Refresh projects; 10-year structural coverage on Whole-Home Transformations.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances; we will assist with claims.
- The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, client-supplied materials, unauthorized alterations by others, and damage from misuse or lack of maintenance.
7. Cancellations
- You may cancel a booked project before work begins; the deposit is refundable less reasonable, documented pre-production costs (design, permits, custom materials already ordered).
- Cancellation after work has begun is settled based on the percentage of work completed plus documented costs, per your project agreement.
8. Client Responsibilities
You confirm you own the property or have authority to renovate it, will provide safe access (water, power, restrooms where feasible), secure pets and valuables in work zones, and make timely decisions when selections are requested, as delays in decisions may affect the schedule.
9. Photography & Privacy
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio; we will never publish your interior photographs with identifying address details without your written consent. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience) except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence causing personal injury or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We prefer to resolve concerns directly โ contact your project manager or our office first. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, and brought in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana, unless consumer-protection law in your state grants you different rights.
12. Newsletter & Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive monthly marketing emails from which you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or our unsubscribe page. Transactional and project communications are not marketing and continue as needed for your project.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you sign a project agreement governs that project. Website-only use after posted changes constitutes acceptance.
